Koh Phi Phi
We’ve had 2 days on Phi Phi and have tried snorkelling and met a family from Havelock North and another from Auckland. We’ll be moving tomorrow to a quieter part of the island. The + is that the children will have more space and better beaches. The - is that there won’t be thai pancakes - called roti’s last time we were here and very yummy.
Charlotte is getting her hair braided - something she’s looked forward to since she learnt of this trip. She’ll be a very happy girl.
Not much else to report. Loving Phi Phi, the water etc. It’s in amazingly good condition considering the tsunami hit the island.
Love to everyone
Sarah, Andy, Charlotte and Jeremy!
PS: just added some photos including one of us on a beach with monkeys!

Hi Guys,
It sounds like you are having the most wonderful time!! Cant wait to see photos! Must be heavenly for the children… It must be quite moving being back in one of the places where the tsunami hit……
Still no news from us, just another week at work, golf lesson, tennis, all the usual…. typical English weather, 28 deg on Thursday, lovely sunshine, 20 deg and wet and windy on Friday!
I’ve just got off the phone from Mum who has been trying for 2 days to send you another message, and sends her love via me this time! Now, the first time she sent you a message she must have been somehow already logged in from the way you set her up Sarah, as she was able to go straight to the comment box and write her bit… but now she is asked for her user name and password which she hasnt got… can you send her an email with what she should use so she can write to you?
Otherwise I suppose she can email me and I will paste her messages in!!!
Off to Bluewater now to look for a dress for the Maple Leaf Ball in October…
Looking forward to the next instalment!!
Lots of Love Claire & Peter xxxxx

Hi Charlie - we’ve just got back from Australia. We had a great time, my favourite parts were:
1. All the Worlds - going on all the interesting rides was heaps of fun, especially the roller coasters! We got soaking wet on the log flume, which was fun!
2. Snorkelling was heaps of fun on the Great Barrier Reef - I saw a leopard fish, and some angel fish, and lots of Nimos. I also learnt how to go under the water with my snorkel on and blow out the water when I got up. Have you seen lots of fish when you’ve been snorkelling?
Hope you enjoy your holiday - put a picture of you with your hair braided on the blog. I reckon you will look FANTABULOUS! Say Hi to your Mum and Dad from my Mum…….
